There fine once in a while!.!.!. but healthy!? no way!. Its a processed food with lots of sugar!.!.!. if your trying to lose weight or have a related goal try to avoid processed foods such as pop tarts when ever you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no they are not super healthy but will do in a pinch, i suggest you get to the store if all you have to eat is pop tarts they are basically flour and sugar and artifical flavoringsWww@Answer-Health@Com

The non fat part tarts right after you work out are great for replacing glycogen in your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
