How long will i have to excercise to see results?!
Question: How long will i have to excercise to see results!?
I've been excercising for 3 months and lost 8 pounds!. I gained 4 back by missing going to the gym!. I plan on losing about 20 or 30 more, but its so TIRING!!! I hate going to the gym( i have ashma) so i'm not good at keeping any strict plans!. I want to lose it off by about march next year!.
I do 30 min a day dancing and don't eat breakfast(wake up late) and eat about 300 calories lunch and 300 for dinner!. I guess snacks add up to about 200 also!.
I lose about 500 calories at the gym also!.
Im supposed to have about 900 calorie intake a day but I cut it down some!.
If i do this everyday for about 5 months, will i reach my goal of losing 30 pounds!?!?

Eating breakfast is your main problem!. You need it for energy!. Thats probably why you are so tired!. Eat at least 400 calories for breakfast!. You need to eat about 1400 calories a day!. I did a 1800 calories diet and lost 58 pounds!. Eat more!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
900 calories is bordering unsafe!. Eat 4-6 medium-small meals a day!. If you only want 900 calories, then you should be having six 150 calorie meals, but I'd recommend a little more calories than that!.
