Is this a good running time?!


Question: Is this a good running time!?
i have started running this week to prepare for field hockey pre-season next week!. For two days i would walk a lap around the track, then run a mile (4 laps), and then walk a mile!. timed the mile!. the first day it was 8:54 the second was 8:57!. i know it is not great, but is it a good time for somebody who has never really run before!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Haha hell yeah thats a good time!.!.!.especially if you never run before!. You'll gradually get better times but its amazing to hear that your gonna play a sport and your actually getting off your butt to do something!. You probably dont realize but thats what a majority of people school do!.!.!.most of them are lazy bums!.

8:54 and 8:57 are average times, they're not terrible, but there's better!. Since you never really run before, that's good!. I run it in like 10 min, but I'm a little overweight and I have athsma!.

As long as you can keep a good pace, it's a great time!

yeah is good, if you want is these ready for the tournament and also you can do every day squat(5set-50 repts) for strengthen your thighs for the hockey tournamentWww@Answer-Health@Com
