Question: Whats wrong with me am I doomed!? Had 2290 calories for breakfast : (
Am 21 years old
Height:5'10
weight 270 pounds

I need better control : (
I plan on working out a total of four hours with my PC game called yourself fitness!.!.!.!.!.!.!.hate it because !.!.!.!.work up a sweat after the hour but great workout feel, then I plan on running up and down the starts a total of 20 times and then jogging back and forth for 40 min!.!.!.which I can, yes sweat but I can with the right music!.

All I had was french toast with sliced bananas and and juice!.

But after counting the five slices of bread, eggs, and peice of breakfast meat, syrup which was shocking in calories, and then the juice I got 2290 calories : (

Also if I drink cold water and thats it I should be fine!.


Its like 1 pm something now and I had that ay 9am something!.

what gives!?

Omg, never eat that for breakfast again!!
Ok, count calories!! only 1500 a day max to lose!
Try replacing all snacks and fast foods with fruit! when u have stopped eating foods high in added sugars you will start to really appreciate and enjoy the fruit!. Get rid of all the food in ur house apart from the new 1500kcal healthy food a day diet u work out so it's not just there to grab and eat!.

Just remember count calories!!

you definitely should lose weight, you are overweight!.
and you need to cut down on eating stuff like french toast!.
If you're going to eat it have 2 pieces of it not 5, that's excessive and if the meat you ate was bacon or sausage you shouldn't definitely cut that out of the meal!. Its not healthy at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's more calories then you should eat in an entire day!. You shouldn't stop eating today because it will put you into a starvation pattern but you should keep it really light!. Healthy snacks only every 3 hours!. You need to spend some time online looking for menus for healthy eating!. French toast is NEVER good for you!! Starting tomorrow you should only be eating 1200-1500 calories if you are exercising, if not exercising then you should stick to no more then 1200!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry if I'm mean or anything, but @ 5'10 and 270lbs, you should lose weight!.
How do you manage 2290 calories for breakfast!.!.!.!? Did you calculate wrong!? Recheck, and just eat fruits/vegetables for the rest of the day!. And eat mainly fruit/vege tomorrow!.!.

Yes you need to lose weight!.
I say go for a run
about 30 min!.
It was a cheat day
but 2290 calories in just breakfast, that is shocking!.

well, at 5' 10" i would say you need to lose weight!.!.!. I'm 5'9" and your over 100 lbs heavier!.!.!.!. that being said!.
you need to cut out ALL fast food, soda, chips, cookies, and all that other bad snack food!.!.!.!. you do need to eat at least 3 times a day though!.!.!.!. instead of the french toast, try eating just a banana and yogurt, or a banana and plain toast!. juices are very high and sugar, so i would cut them out and start taking a multi vitamin!. Also drink lots of water!.!.!. if you get hungry drink a Glass of water if its not meal time!. CUT BACK ON YOUR PORTIONS as well!.!.!.!.!.
when you exercise do it for at least 45 min 5 days a week!. and make sure you are stretching as well!.!.!.
