im a pretty skinny guy, with a very fast metabolism and this summer i want to get big and workout, anyone tell me whats the best way to get big and bulky by eating the right nutrition?
Answers:
Eat every 3 hours, (small to medium quantity) in each of your meal you need around 50% carbs, 35% protein, 15% fat.
Eat: pasta, brown/white rice, brocoli, green beans, chicken, lean beef, tuna, turkey, potato, eggs, oats meal, peanuts, milk.
Don't do cardio , work out 4 times a week.
