Ok i am 16 years old and i weigh 1 73 pounds with a height of 5 10?!


Question:

Ok i am 16 years old and i weigh 1 73 pounds with a height of 5 10?

I have lower and a lil upper body fat that i want to get rid of so you can see my abs...i do 150 crunches for upper plus 120 more of a different type of upper crunches and 60 reverse crunches for lower abs.... i try to eat less calories a day then normal.... what should i do to get my abs to show really well and loose that lower and upper fat? more crunches....more reverse crunches.... or what??

Okay this is what I learned just a couple days ago cause I'm trying to tighten up my stomach too. Crunches will not give you a flat stomach. Sounds weird I know, but it's true. It does however bulild strength in your abs. I am a ballet dancer and once a week at our studio we have a pilates class. I started to some pilates at home for 20 minutes a day 3 days a week and I started to see results in two weeks. I use the Ab sculpting tape by Windsor Pilates. You can always check pilates videos or dvds at the library. Don't forget to drink lots of water too!
