they have animated photos, so it's easy to do them!.
you will need a ball for them, but mark that your spine and back will have the perfect support, as you will be laying on it!.

where you move your legs and support yourself with your arms!.
hope these will be helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hang with your arms from somewhere (like a branch so to speak) then lift your knees up to your chest!. This achieves the same without straining your back in fact it will help your back!.

If you can do 20 that'd be real good, in any case if you do 5 today, tomorrow you MUST do 6 and so on till you can do 20 then 20 is tops, or even 25 you'll know what the optimal number is after 2 months of doing it!. I could do 50 in the morning and 50 at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you don't like sit ups/crunches, you could try the bicycle ab exercise http://sportsmedicine!.about!.com/od/abdom!.!.!. But if your back is hurting it could just be maybe you are doing the crunches wrong and using muscles to lift yourself other than your abs, try laying on carpet or a mat if you can, and try to only use your abs, not your neck or back!. maybe try to stare a t one point so you dont move your head!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check this site out to see if you should be concerned with losing weight: http://www!.nhlbisupport!.com/bmi/!. It's your BMI (ration of your height to your weight), set by the government to the standards for Americans!.

Currently, I've been exercising!. I have an "air-stepper" at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout!. I take my pulse at 5 min!. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I'm improving!. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc!.)!. To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches; they are much easier than sit-ups!. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those "standing-up" crunches!. I don't know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs!. You can see a sample of it here: http://www!.beachbody!.com/product/fitness!.!.!.

The lay down crunches and the standing up crunches that I do gave me the flat stomach I have now!. ^____^ Very happy with the results!. You can do as many as your body can tolerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter immediately afterwards (at least for me)! It's incredible!

If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout!. Eat yogurt, fruits, and other health foods!. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk!. ^_^

Good luck! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

do crunches where you don't come all the way up, full sit ups can damage the back!. If you have a swiss ball you can do lots of stomach exercise on them and they don't put strain on your backWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ab pull-downs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
