Question about 100 calorie packs?!


Question: Question about 100 calorie packs!?
Is it okay to have these whenever you have a snack, like every 2 hours, or should I just have it once everyday!.

every 2 hrs is quite a bit, unless thats all u eat!?O_o i would say around 2 a day or so would be good, 1 in between breakfast and lunch and 1 in between lunch and dinner

Those are okay to have once in a while, but you should try to stick to natural foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains!. The 100-calorie packs limit your calorie intake, but they don't have much nutritional value!. You should aim to only eat foods that do something good for your body, although an occasional 100-calorie pack of chips isn't too bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

100 calorie packs are great for mid meal snacks!. Its all about portion control!. As long as you are eating good nutritious meals at least 3 times a day, there is no problem!. The popcorn snacks will help your intake of fiber!. Doritos are just obviously good =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why not use other less calorie, real foods to snack on, that way you get more food for less calories!?!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
