ok im already thin but im scared that if i start weight training i wont be able to fit in my clothes because of the muscle.. Can that happen?

Impossible!!! Especially for women!!!

So many women avoid weight training because they think they will get really muscly. You have to have a specific type of diet and training in order to gain muscle and you are unlikely to have that!!! Women do not produce enough testosterone to be able to build muscle so it is much harder for us. Just beacuse you lift some weights does not mean you will grow massive muscles or end up looking like a dude!!!

Weight training is amazing for increasing your metabolism, decreasing your body fat, keeping you at a stable weight and making you look toned. There is a difference between toned and muscly.

Please do not worry - start your weight training asap and you will love it - i guarantee it!!
