Question: Is this bad for breakfeast!?!?!?
Are hash browns and pineapples a bad combination for breakfeast!? I just wana make sure im not creating a stomach ache :-)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

EEK !! You are eating nothing but carbs / starchy carbs !. You need to incorporate some protein !. Whats going to happen is you are going to be in a carb overload and you will crash !. Protein helps to balance out that crash feeling and will help you not to binge !. Even though I'm not a advocate for regular cereal you may want to try that ( something not loaded with sugar of course ) with low fat milk!. You will still be getting your protein and carbs but wisely!. I have 6 six egg whites scrambled and 1/2 cup of oatmeal everyday which gets me through my next meal !. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get some protein in there, nutritionally its not much of a combo at all, just fat and carbs!.!.!.

Stomach ache wise, the acidic level of the pineapple may cause some discomfort if you are eating alot, and the fat content may also play a role in that as well!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hash browns aren't the best breakfast for every day but once in awhile they're alright!. Pineapples are good because they're a fruit! After awhile you may get a stomach ache because of the greasy hash brown!.
Try having a piece of toast, and try to have some kind of protein!.

All you are consuming with this breakfast is carbs and fat!. You need to eat a balance of protein, carbs and fat with every meal you eat!.

Try two eggs and cereal!.!.!.or oatmeal!.

Egg burrito with cheese

Or a protein shake that has some carbs and fat in the powder, or you could add fruit to a low carb powder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
