Running or Bicycling while flexing abs give you 6-Pack?!


Question: Running or Bicycling while flexing abs give you 6-Pack!?
I asked this before but didn't get such response!. I did some research, but it just made me more confused!. But If I run or ride my bicycle while flexing my abs while it help define my abs!? Is this true!?
My BMI is 17!.4 and Body Fat is 6!.5%!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the abdominals are only contracted isometrically during those exercises!. to effectively exercise any muscle it must be operated over it's entire range of motion!.

if you really had 6!.5% body fat you would be shredded that's what most amateur bodybuilders compete at!.
