How can I lose 5-10 pounds before September?!


Question: How can I lose 5-10 pounds before September!?
I once heard that people, if they try, can healthily lose 2-3 pounds per week!. Also, I know:
-not to eat junk food
-no eating past a certain time such as 8 since, well, I'M not active past that!.
-no fast food
-drink water alot (4 bottles daily!?)
-substitute fruit for candy

and exercise!.
Though, I find it hard to stick to not eating past 8 since I hardly eat all day except at nighttime!. Also, what are some exercises I can do at home without any equipment to lose weight!?

First of all, you need to fuel your body throughout the day!. Eat breakfast, lunch dinner and two snacks!. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day!.
Avoid fried foods!. Not eating at all all day long is bad for your body!. So have a small amount of food, like a pc of toast and small glass of juice for breakfast, fruit or veggies(like raw carrots) for snacks, eat some protein at lunch and at dinner, and if you are hungry at night, have a small extra snack, or save your afternoon snack for the evening!.
You should eat at least 1200 calories a day!. If you starve your body, it will hold onto the weight by slowing your metabolism!.

The best aerobic activity you can do to help you get into good shape and loose weight is walking!. Try walking 20 mins a day, 3 x per week to start with and then increase the time to 30 mins a day!. You can increase your walking to everyday!.
The best amount of weight to loose per week is 1-2 pounds!. That is the best for your body!. You may not have enough time to loose 10 pounds by then, but certainly 5!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
