What do you think of this crash diet?
i did it starting yesterday:
9:30-> one banana, 100calorie pack oreos
1L ice cold water
14:00-> an apple
18:00-> little piece of bread
21:00-> apple
and if i'm hungry at night, an apple
i did this yesterday and so far lost 1.5lbs in a night!
Answers:
I think it's unethical and unhealthy. People don't understand crash dieting will make your metabolism slow down and cause you to gain the weight right back right after you lose it ... don't be lazy, eat proper, exercise, lose weight the correct way or it'll come back and you'll be right where you started.
