That is skinny!.!.!.I would say, though, if you are really set on losing weight, don't do it by not eating!.!.!.Eat healthy (cut out fast food, junk food, etc!.) drink a lot of water (not so much soda, or none at all) and excercise plenty!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No one will notice if you loose 3-8lbs, the most you should loose while staying healthy in the amount of time you have before school starts!. Usually girls loose "boob" before they loose "butt or thigh"!. I would say start on a easy exercise program twice a week and focus on maintaining your weight rather than loosing any!.

Dont try to have a goal of a certain weight!. Just eat heathy and balance it out with exercise!. im 12 5'2 and about 120 lb!. Im not heavy its just a lot of that weight is muscle mass!. Again you goal should be to be healthy not a certain weight that is kinda how anorexia start, thinking you fat when your not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't think you need to lose weight!. Losing weight will not prepare you for the 9th grade!. I am 5'5'' and I weigh more than that!. The average weight of a person of our height is 115-120!. Don't fret!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 10 pounds in 1 month by going to the gym 4 times a week for about 2 hours each time!. you could also jog or run!.
