HÌ. Does tea, when excessively consumed, cause health disorders?

I would like to know the answer to my question as i drink tea very often during the day. ~ Thänking You Før Yöu For Yøur Answers ~


Answers:

Just remember that ANYTHING excessively consumed can cause health disorders. A pitcher of tea through out the day is more than likely fine. Just remember it does contain caffeine (which is a natural diuretic). This not only causes frequent urination but actually can cause dehydration by depleting the body of fluid to replace what is lost by urination.

I do believe there is a old saying "everything in moderation"
Still holds true for today.
