Lower Ab exercises ?!


Question: Lower Ab exercises !?
What are some really good, effective ab exercises for your LOWER abs !?!? My upper abs are like!.!.!.buldging lol but I can't get anywhere with my lower abs, I'm eating extremely healthy and drinking a hell of a lot of water so that's not the problem, but they're just not getting any better, i barely have any lower abs!. Help !?!?

Also, second question about lower abs!. You know the two bones on the sides of your stomach and how people get abs like over them and they stick out, like Chrystina Sayers!.!.!.here's a picture !.!.!.

Exercises that target the lower abs include full sit ups (not so much crunches, though they help), leg raises (together or alternating), pulse ups and, my personal favourite, leg throws!. For leg throws you need a partner!. Lie on your back, partner stands at your head, hold their ankles!. Raise your legs and have your partner throw them down, but don't let them touch the ground!. Rinse and repeat!.

Those ab things are called your obliques, the muscles that help you twist and bend to the side!. To get ones like that you generally need really low body fat and a very strong core!. Dancing and gymnastics do work very well for those two things!. Other oblique exercises are side bends, side bridges, Russian twists and bicycle crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lower abs:
Use a pillati's ball!.!.!.sorry I can't remember how to spell that word!. Get in a push up position with the ball under your feet!. Keeping your hands on the floor in the push up position, slowly roll the ball with your feet so that your that knees move up to a 90 degree angle almost touching your chest!. Do several sets of these and you'll feel it good!.

For the sides of your abs: Do side ways push-ups!. lay on your side and use your elbow to raise your body up and downWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry, but you can't separate working out your upper and lower ab muscles since its all just one muscle!. Best way to get your abs to show is watch what you eat and do at least 30-min of cardio everyday!.

Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym!.

Any exorcise that involves motion of your lower abs or legs should suffice!. I would recommend leg raises or pull ins, six inches are also good!. Also, any reverse crunch where you're raising your legs twards your shoulders insted of the other way around will work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
