I don't eat that much and exercise but I still don't lose any weight. What should I do?

I want to lose weight as fast as I can.. I have tried to control my eating habit and I also exercise twice a week, and to my disappointment, I still have this bulges on my thighs and arms. What should I do? I'm so sick of having this huge thighs and arms. I don't eat that much but I'm still like this. Do you have any suggestion on how to eliminate this unwanted fats?

Maybe you are eating too few calories. And your body is storing the fats for later use.

First, make sure you cut or reduce sugar intake, cut out all simple carbos and switch to complex carbos. Stick to your veggies and some fruits. Eat protein as they fill you up, give you energy and satisfy you so that you do not go searching for food.

Chinese tea (without sugar) can help in your weight loss provided your diet is right.
