If you love food, hey you love food! Don't see that as a fault!. Thing is, that as you get older, it will start packing on if you aren't exercising!. Just make sure you balance your over eating with exercise!. Try to fit at least 20 mins of exercises into at least five days a week!. This can include or NOT include at least 15 mins (3 days a week) of lifting with light weights--5 pounds!.

Nothing wrong with over eating or loving to eat, but there is something wrong with doing while you sit around and let yourself to got pot!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, your cousin's body is probably going through starvation mode, which makes you not hungry!. Eating once a day, as you know probably is not healthy at all!.

Pizza and bagels for example will not fill you up, because they digest extremely easily and do not give you that feeling of being full!. Things like chicken, salad, beef!.!.!.!.protein and complex carbohydrates will make you feel full and won't make you keep eating!.

You probably just eat a lot because the things you eat are yummy and don't fill you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Real food can be quite delicious and if you're like me, you're blessed to have an abundance of it!. I eat plenty in a day, too!. Yet, I eat whole real foods!. It's only 2:40 and I've already had a bowl of organic honey Os with Cheerios and chocolate soy milk!. (I usually have vanilla milk, but I was out!.) For lunch, I had a veggie burger on two slices of whole wheat bread and organic ketchup and reuglar spicy mustard!. I also had a large bowl of frozen green beans and then a bowl of frozen broccoli!. (I heat up the water and then put the veggies in long enough to thaw!.) After I nursed my daughter and laid down for a half an hour, I had a banana!. I put a bit of all natural peanut butter on one bite and decided that I would have a peanut butter and banana sandwhich for dinner, with more frozen veggies!. (Probably carrots and cauliflower!.)

Since it's only quarter til three, I'll probably have more before dinner!. I don't know what I will have after dinner, but I usually have a bowl of frozen fruit before bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's weird I know, I go through phases of being really hungry all the time, and other times I can get by on a lot less!. Generally I tend to go for low or medium-GI foods (high in fibre helps) as they slow-release energy and keep you full for longer!.

Even though I'm gonna sound like a hypocrite because I DO skip meals occasionally, it's not a good idea because when you do start eating you suddenly find you're really REALLY hungry!. And it can mess up your stomach!. I developed IBS from yo-yo dieting throughout my teens and 20's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, what do you consider "a lot"!? It's really unhealthy to only eat one meal a day, so you shouldn't try to emulate your cousin!. Just eat until your stomach is about half-full!. Or try eating different foods, mostly fruit and veg, bread, pasta, etc!. Don't eat junk foods or a lot of processed foods as they make you hungrier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because you're not really hungry, you're eating for emotional reasons (depression, loneliness, etc!.) or you are just bored too much of the time!. Occupy yourself by going out to the mall, with friends, working, hobbies, etc!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

its probably because you have nothing better to do!.I have been pigging out all day long and I know that I am being greedy but I cant stop myself!.What you need to ndo is get out and do somthing!.Maybe go out with friends or a hobby or sport!. That will keep your mind off food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
