they cost about £120 and are supposed to help with posture and weight loss but don't want to spen dso much if they ain't gona work!

Yep. theyre ok, no they dont have to be specially made for you! they are heavy and have a rocker-bottomed sole, you have to get used to them for a while. look like you are wearing massive platform trainers!
wouldnt spend that amount again though - maybe half.
i prefer my "Earth shoes"! negative heel - improved posture and make your legs work hard - much lighter than MBTs
