NO!!! You need to eat atleast 1200 calories a day!! If you eat once a day then your body will store fat and you will GAIN weight!. So please DO NOT do that!. The running part sounds good, but give yourself a day or two to rest!. Cut out all sugary drinks too!.!.!. But you HAVE to eat a minimum of 1200 calories a day!!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

walking a few times around the block is good!. stretching, and crunches also work good!. um!.!.!.!.!.!.cut down on soda intake, more water!. and add more fruits and vegetables to your diet!. just stuff along these lines works good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
