Well if you are unsatisfied with the way you look or feel!. Only you can change yourself!. If you really want to lose weight, then you can do it!. You need to start off by changing your old habits!. If you drink soda, change to diet soda and add water!. For me I only drink diet soda for lunch, the rest of the day it's water!. I have been doing Weight Watchers!. I watch what I eat!. I don't go to fast food as often as I used to!. If I do go out, I try and plan ahead!. I know what the restuarant is going to serve before I get there!. I make wiser choices!. I also try to do some type of daily exercise, even if for only 20 minutes!. Gardening and pulling weeds works for me!. I do a little at a time!. This way I don't over do it!. If I put on a pound or 2, I don't give up!. It might not be your fault if you lose and then gain, you might want to go to the doctors and have your thyroid checked out!. I did, it seems that I have an under active thyroid, my metabolizim was not working for my body!. I hope this helps!. having a positive attidute is always a plus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What type of meals are you in taking!? What kind of exercises are you doing!? I am in the same boat (except I don't consider myself a bastard)!. My means of exercise is walking I have lost 41 lbs!., but it took me yrs!. to do so!. Because I am doing it slowly, no diet just all natural!.
