Question: How can i make my tummy flatter Pics!?
Kay I feel like I have huge hips and or waist!. What can I do to make them smaller and my tummy flatter!. Please do not comment on me loosing weight I am in the process of it right now!.

How tall are you, how much do you weigh!? Your 'side view' picture shows a flat tummy, and your 'front view' picture isn't fat, either!. You're not 'sucking your tummy in', you don't look very fat from either angle!.
You might have a little extra weight to lose, but probably not enough to worry about!. If you can 'pinch an inch' of fat on your waist or belly, then I would suggest two things!.
1) Make sure you are getting enough exercise!. If you don't get much exercise, just go walking, running, maybe swim or bike!. Work up to 30 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week!. That can make a big difference in losing a little extra flab, and building muscle, which helps your body look better!.
2) Keep a food diary!. Many people think they eat healthy, but when they write everything down, they realize they eat more food than they should, or they eat too much junk food!. Just writing everything down helps you stay focused on eating healthy 'for real'!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
