A good workout????

for the whole body, to get bigger and stronger. a good split and exercises to do please!?


Answers:

1) Eat properly and be well hydrated.

2) Do a combo of cardio and resistance training.

Cardio will speed up your metabolism; get you fitter and burn more calories.

Resistance training will help you build muscle body fat burners and a lot more.

Do whatever cardio you like from power walking to jogging, cycling rope jumping, etc. etc. Twice a week at least and for 30 minutes every time at a good pace for you- (one that is a challenge but not a killer).

Two days of resistance training per week is alright, you can go to 4 times a week too. Just do not work the same muscles every session, they need time to recuperate and grow.
You can do from body weight exercises: crunches, squats, leg lifts, dips, push ups, etc. to resistance bands, to light weights or go to a gym. Whatever you enjoy more and will stick to doing it.
Regularity is more important than big efforts sporadically done.

After ll that, rest enough too.
