Getting rid of the bodyfat is how you will get rid of the love handles!. Cardio, weight training, and a good diet!. You cannot spot reduce so the bodyfat will come off where it comes off!. My problem area is my love handles and I have been down to 8% bodyfat and still have them!. Just keep working at getting leaner and they should eventually go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do twist
stand up with your feet shoulder width apart and move the top bit of your body without moving your feet this will get rid of your love handles in no time
try to do 50 a day
and stick to your running as well
