How do i loose weight on thighs?!


Question: How do i loose weight on thighs!?
please help! my family has a gene of having chubby thighs and i don't want to end up like tha! i wanna end that gene!. can anyone help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same thing =[ and unfortunatly the best thing to do is running i hated it beleive me but run a mile or 2 a week try to stay consistent dont walk then sprint repeatedly jog the whole way same with cycling or even just walking helps for when your just starting outWww@Answer-Health@Com

Uhm!.!.Genetics wise, you can't really avoid it if your whole family has chubby thighs, but you can do something to change it!.

First, sorry, but you can not lose weight in a specific place unless you go under the knife, which I hope you're not!.

You cannot end a gene!. LOL!.!.Your only hope is to marry a guy without that gene, and then your offspring marrys a person with out that gene!. Then you might be able to wipe it out!.

Actually, it might not be a genetic thing!. It might be the influence!. I mean, if your mom or dad has fat thighs, and its caused by the food you eat, what types of influence might they have on you!.

Well, forget that!. Let's change things around!.

To begin, you might want to start eating healthier and exercising daily!.

When you lose weight, the weight comes off from all different places in your body!. Why!? Because your body does everything proportionally!. So if you lose a pound, that whole pound is a combination of the fat from your arms, legs, thighs, buttocks, neck, chest, stomach, etc!.

I recommend eating fruits and vegetables daily, to fill you up with nutrients, not calories!. To add to that, make sure if your losing weight, eat around 1200-1300 calories a day, no more, no less!.

To add to that do cardio/aerobic exercises!. How much time is completely up to you and your body!. If you cant handle a long work out, gradually climb up to that level!. Start off with like 30 min brisk walk, then begin to jog, and climb your way up to running!. By that time, you could extend the time, etc!.

Exercising that will tone everything nicely include: biking, swimming, running, jogging, yoga, gymnastics, walking, etc

If you are really motivated to not end up like the rest of your family, then be a role model to your family!. Get them to do this with you!. It'll be fun!
