I need to lose some body fat and build up muscle?!

Question: I need to lose some body fat and build up muscle!?
I'm 15 and male!. I'm kinda tubby and I'm known as the fat kid at school for the past year i've been working out by doing 90 press-ups, 90 sit-ups, 180 squats, 30 bicep curls and 30 lateral raises everyday (except Saturday and sunday) and go for a 2mile after my work out!. i've notices some more muscle tone around my arms, chest and shoulders but still have a bit of a belly and massive love handles!. people have told me to do cardiovascular but as i said i go running and also try to do 50 lengths of a pool when i have a chance!.

if you can help me it would be much appreciated!.

thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

it's the easiest thing in the world to go for a mild jog at your own pace!. BUt if you start really pushing yourself on these swims and runs, you will start to lose body fat!. Use one running route and time yourself, going as fast as you can!. Rowing machines are good, as you will work muscles as well as lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you're doing is great!. Like really really really good!. Just keep it up and your weight will probably keep going down no matter what you eat!. Still, the more muscles you have, the more fat you'll burn, so I would try to get a lot of protein!. I've heard it recommended to eat as many grams of protein as you weigh if you want to build up muscle (and some body builders get twice the amount they weigh), but it's your call!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd just keep up with what you are doing and eat healthily!. You may be going to grow quite a bit taller yet, which might make your proportions correct!. Get some advice from your GP/local nurse or the internet about whether your diet is actually healthy, or things you could improve in it!.

I saw this product called Acai Berry on Oprah the other week!.!. Looked like all the other diet scams, but I went for it and ordered a 14-day free trial from this site!.!. And guess what, it really works!! I'm so happy I've already lost weight, gotten more energy and my stomach is flatter than ever!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthier and and keep doing what you're doing now!. The sit-up should be helping with the belly!. If you still need some help maybe talk to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best advice i can give u is eat right and excersiseWww@Answer-Health@Com

You say you're doing 180 squats, what sort of weight are you lifting!? For cross-training, you should be looking at doing a maximum of 15-18 reps per set of any exercise!. Anything more falls into the aerobic category!. Aerobics are fine but it doesn't seem like that's what you're wanting out of those particular exercises!.

If you're really keen on losing weight, you need to think about your calorie input versus output!. To put it in easy terms, to lose 1 pound of fat, you must burn roughly 3500 more calories than you consume!. Seems like a lot but if you're exercising as well as watching your calorie intake you can easily burn 700-1000 calories over consumption each day!.

The benefit of building muscle is that it raises your basal metabolic rate, which is how many calories your body requires just to keep you up and about each day!.

My suggestion is to do some research on what foods give you the most nutrition for the calories they contain!. Also, get a good workout routine that includes both aerobic and anaerobic exercises!. Most importantly, stick at it! Getting in shape doesn't happen over night!. The most you can healthily lose each week is 2 pounds!. Set long term goals 6 or 8 months away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
