How many calories would be in this?!
Question: How many calories would be in this!?
How many calories do you think would be in 2 graham crackers, 1 cup of orange juice, a salad with italian dressing, black olives, and 2 cherry tomatoes, 1 drumstick (the ice cream kind, not the chicken), 1 pack of crystal light (10 cals), three bites of mac and cheese and 3 bites of chicken stirfry!? Also, is this a lot to eat in one day!.

More of the salad, stir-fry, and crystal light, less of everything else!.
Did you mean for 1 meal!? Because if you cut out the junky sweet stuff, that makes a good meal, but if you're talking a lot to eat all day, then you need to seriously re-evaluate your calorie intake because it is way way too low!.
EDIT: I took some time to add up your totals and roughly, you're looking at about 1000 calories and it's 96% carbs and fat!. Horrible balance and way too low for a daily calorie number!. Aim for 1700 calories with an even split of protein, carbs and fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is about 120 in 2 graham crackers, 110 cup of orange juice, 60 calories in the salad, 320-380 in the drumstick, 100 in the mac and cheese, 80 in the stir fry!. From my equation that ain't very many calories to intake in a day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
