Question: Help pleeeeeeeeeease!?!?
i need a diet plan to lose about 10 pounds!. i'd like to do it kinda quickly but i defenitly dont want to like starve myself! also, what are some good exercises to tone up thighs and belly areas!?

In order to "tone up," you pretty much have to lose excess fat and build muscle!. Best thing to do would be either go running or any other form of cardio (dance, bike, etc) but make sure that you are actually sweating and have to struggle a bit!. Best time to do cardio is early in morning on an empty stomach, and another thing you wanna add is strength train (if nothing else, do pushups, situps, lunges, etc)!.
