Just eat right and exercise!. Don't try to lose weight too fast, cuz you will gain it back faster!! Please do this the safe way and not the easy way!. Exercise an hour a day 3-5 days a week, of cardio, eat atleast 1200 calories a day minimum!! Losing about 1-2 pounds a week is good!. Any more than that, is bad!. Remember, the slower it comes off, the better it stays off! Think of your health!. Crazy diets will not be healthy for you!. There is no good or safe diet that works that fast!. I know this isn't the answer you want to hear but it's the truth!. The only thing I can suggest to lose a few pounds is eating healthy (salads, fruits, veggies and nothing with lots of calories and fats) and working out!. Going on a crash diet or a diet that is dangerous is not worth the risk involved just to lose some weight for a single event!.

Maybe you should look into Jenny Craig!. But hun, a diet isnt the only component of weight loss!. You need to get atleast 8 hours of sleep each day, try to get out into the sun fro 15 minutes and EXERCISE!
