How many steps should you walk in a day?


Answers:

The recommended is 10,000 steps a day.

You could time yourself for every minute, how many steps you take. Multiply by 60, you can find out the number of steps you take in a hour.

Note, the bigger your step, the fewer steps you take in a hour, but you will cover a longer distance in an hour.

I walk approximately my 10,000 steps in 6 km. I worked out that my speed is 6km/hr. I normally walk for an hour every weekday mornings.
