should i go to sleep its 4:30 am here and i have school tmrw and i have to be on the bus by 6:55 am so thats only like 2 hours is it worth it!? btw i slept from 6 pm to 12 am because i was tired earlier so will that rest be enough to keep me awake during school tmrw!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, don't sleep!. It's not really worth it!.!. as soon as you fall asleep you will have to wake up!. Napping completely ruins your sleeping pattern and it sucks! But once you fall asleep and woke up as quickly as you do you will feel TWICE as tired and get all weary and such and it's not fun at all!! So I suggest staying awake and when you get up try and stay awake and sleep at a normal time such at 9 pm or something and not so early!! If you're feeling tired during school try eating candy or something to keep you up!. But yah, sleeping now will just make things worse!.!.!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'd sleep anyway!. Depending on if I felt tired or not!. But even if I didnt feel tired, Id sleep to just make sure that I did and Id call it a nap!. :P Oh well!. Do whatever you thinks best for u!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
