Did I eat weird today?!


Question: Did I eat weird today!?
Yesterday I didnt eat anything for the rest of the day because I went out to breakfast!. i had two peices of toast with butter, some bacon, eggs, and home fries!. Then I drank apple, and lots of water for the rest of the day since I wasnt hungry, Today I wole up at 8, and didnt eat until 10am, I had a bowl of cereal!. Then I drank more water later, and had a small piece of fudge, and ate to small cut up pieces of chicken!. I might ahve a sub later !.!.idk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wanna know how you drank an entire apple!.!.that takes some effort!. Beyond that Apple Juice is digested as a food not a liquid and thus that's probably a lot of why you weren't hungry yesterday!. Water fills you up and your body is fully capable of functioning with well under the recommended 2000 calorie a day diet!. Either way under eating is not healthy and does not help you lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to eat more!.

Even if its just a healthy snack like veggies or fruits!.!.!.your body needs more nutrients or you will start to feel tired!. Food is energy!

The water and juice is good so is the breakfast you listed but you need to keep that up throughout the day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i sometimes ( during last week like 5 days continually)
sleep at 2 am and woke up the other day at 5 pm and get up and find yogurt , durien chips , preservation foods and whatver i can find from my refrigerator at that time as i am too lazy to go out LOL

Sometimes eating is a habit, other times you eat because you might have been a little more active than normal!. Activity can make you hungry!.

everyone eats "weird"!. If you are trying to loose weight you should eat several small meals in the day to keep your metabolism up!. If you are happy about your weight, eat when you are hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you are trying to loose weight you are not eating right!. cut out the fudge and bacon and home fries!. you can have some toast but in small portions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should eat 3 times a day!. breakfast,lunch and dinner!. You should always eat breakfast!. I dont think you ate werid, depends when you ate!. Balanced meals are the key!Www@Answer-Health@Com
