It is absolutly impossible for a man his age to have muscles that big without human growth hormone or steroids!.!.!.and even then he cant be that big because men stop producing as much testosterone as they age!. Its just old age!. He cant produce the muscle anymore!. Hes actually still pretty big for his age and he was on steroids when that video was taken!. So hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
