How can I lose fat from my thighs?!


Question: How can I lose fat from my thighs!?
What the fastest I can lose about 5 lbs off my thighs! I need to do it quick I have volleyball tryouts in like 2 weeks and they have to wear really short shorts and I want my thighs to be fit!.

Could you list some exercises I can do to tone them and burn fat!?
