Question: My mom is ordering chinese food! please help me!
so i was 20 lbs!. overweight and since then i have lost 15 lbs!. and i only have 5 more lbs!. to go and in order for me to loss the weight i had to cut out fast food,but my mom can't cook right now so she is bringing home chinese food! how do i keep myself from eating it and gaining back weight that took me so long to lose!?

Get yourself away from her when she brings it!. Think about what THAT exact kind of food caused you and how much pain it brought you!. Healthy food is your "friend," it sure is, it will only help you, but for unhealthy food like that, think of it as your worst enemy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

First tell Mom what kind of Chinese Food you want today!.
Something with lots of vegetables!. Usually a dish that has lots of vegetables, meat or fish not fried but sauteed might not been to bad go light on the meat and rice and it won't be more fattening than an American meal!.

If you can't control yourself eat, go into your room and stay put or go out!.

First, one meal of Chinese food isn't going to make you gain 15 lbs!. It probably won't make you gain any weight at all!.

Second, just eat a small portion of it!. Even unhealthy food is okay in moderation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, i've had the same problem with my family!. I'm the only one who is serious about eating healthy!. What i would do is make my own food so you can still eat with your family!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cook something yourself first of all chinese food ain't bad for you unless it's the cheap kind that's half amaerican! anyways whatever make yourself something nutritious if you don't want to eat the chinese foodWww@Answer-Health@Com

Either grab something and make it yourself!.

Or try like the beef and broccoli dish or something that doesnt have alot of sauce on it or thats fried!. And def!. skip the rice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
