Diets don't have to be 100% healthy food!. You have to allow a little cheating!. If you don't, when you finally do cheat you go way overboard and eat 3 boxes of Oreos and a couple bags of potato chips!. That's no good!. You sound like you're doing pretty well but have a cookie every once in a while!. It's OK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I currently took a nutrition class, and I learned that you have to eat constantly, small amounts of course!. It looks like you need to try and incorporate more fruits and vegetables!. I also learned that you are allowed to eat 2 hrs before you exercise and once you are done exercising it is best you eat within one hr mostly carbs because that's what you burn during exercise!
Well I hope that helps, you should also check out a web site that helps you keep track of what you eat and based on that it shows you whether you are getting too much meat, carbs etc!. or too little
It is completely free!.!.!.!.its www!.mypyramid!.gov!.!.!.!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long you don't choose processed foods it's good, but you should try different stuff also, like chicken breast, salmon, turkey breast, salad, tomatoes, olive oil and etc!.

Well, let's see, you're getting lean protein (tuna, chicken), veggies (salad, corn), fruit (BZZZ-NO FRUIT), whole-grains (you could eat whole-grain bread and whole wheat pasta), low-fat dairy (BZZZ-NO DAIRY), heart healthy oils (pb, tuna)!.

So, how about adding some fruit (as a snack maybe) and a glass of skim milk or yogurt!. Please don't assume that all healthy foods are boring and tasteless!. You'd be surprised!. Huge gains have been made in this area in the last 4-5 years!. For example, Yoplait fat-free vanilla yogurt is to die for! A little olive oil and basalmic vinegar on your salad would be fabulous!. Whole wheat pastas used to be awful but now they're terrific! (Same with the bread!.) So keep trying to get more healthy foods into your routine, okay!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

A diet can vary greatly!. For instance, my diet is filled with calories and fat, and it suits my needs!. However, yours may be different!. A diet just means what you generally eat, it doesn't mean healthy foods or less food!. As for your diet, I would suggest spread it out in 4-8 meals!. As for the final product, no, calories are calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats good that whay i eat but a burger and pizza would be okay like 5 times a month and if you want sweets eat yogurt thats what i do or cinnamon oatmealWww@Answer-Health@Com

it's OK so far, but it's not really well balanced!. eat foods from all the food groups!. eat more fruit and vegetables!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
