What should I do about all the Popeye fried chickens? I'm on a diet..?!


Question: What should I do about all the Popeye fried chickens!? I'm on a diet!.!.!?
I'm trying to eat 1000 calories each day !.!.!.

and my mom bought home a whole box of Popeye fried chicken!. She doesn't know that I'm on a diet, and she thinks that losing weight will make me lose brain cells so I can't tell her!. (there will be no use talking her out of something she believes)

She expects me to dig in like I use to!. In order to save an arguement I ate 2 fried chicken leg and a biscuit for dinner!. And there's still 10 pieces left!.

What should I do!? Is there any exercise that can help me burn off these calories before I go to bed tonight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You handled the situation well! Keep your mom happy and eat what she puts in front of you, BUT just not as much as you used to!. If she asks, just say you're not that hungry!. Eventually her expectations of how much you eat will change and your eating less will seem normal to her!. Important - watch what you eat when she's NOT around!. Save your calories for when she's watching and eat less when she's not around!. The easiest, cheapest way to burn off calories is to walk at a fast pace, for at least 20 minutes!. Also start doing exercises in your bedroom or other place she won't see you - crunches, sit ups, push ups and lots of other exercises don't require any equipment!. Remember, there will always be people who (for whatever reason) want to sabotage your diet!. Learning how to stick to your diet and not make a stink with them is something you'll use all your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well not to talk nad about your mom but i have never heard of a person thinking that!. Stay away from fried foods at any expense!. go to my site under forums than weight issues as well as nutrition!. have your mom look at it too!. if you cant convince her have her call me i have been doing this for twelve years i will explain it to her, also if you need help let me knowWww@Answer-Health@Com

just go on a diet!. dont care what ur parents say!. tell them that ur trying to live a more healthy and active lifestyle and hopefully they will be proud and support you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
