Question: I'm overweight but want to build muscle!?
should i get on a treadmill and burn fat then lift weights when i get smaller to have more muscles!. will a treadmill do the trick or should i try a different machine at the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should be doing BOTH!. adding lean muscle mass will help you burn extra calories throughout the day and reduce body fat!. Just pick up a balance diet and do cardio and weight training!. You will not bulk up, trust me!. In fact, you will be shedding fat at a faster rate than you will put on the muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
