I DO THIS BECAUSE I WANT TO BURN SOME OF MY CALORIES I EATEN IN DINNER.

Nothing wrong here, maybe wait 30 minutes before going to bed to cool down a little.
Might be better to do this in the morning, then jump in the shower and greet the new day ready to go.
