Is it better to do more reps. or more sets?!


Question:

Is it better to do more reps. or more sets?

Whats the benefits of both without raising the weight being pushed?

If i raise the weight is it much more beneficial?


Answers:

once you got over 15-20 reps it becomes aerobic excersise. the question is what are you trying to achieve.
lots of reps will build strength and stamina. more weight will build muslce mass and power....
i'd go for 4 sets of 15-20, and if it's too easy, raise the weight by 10%.
