Getting 'toned'?
I am 15 years old and 5'6. I have another pageant coming up in the beginning of September. I am in shape, but I want to get 'toned', I guess. Haha.
I have been doing 70 crunches, 20 push ups a day, and swimming about 3 days a week. Will these work for getting toned up, or should I be doing other things?
(I also eat very healthy. Lots of fruits and vegetables a day, getting my protein and iron, etc.)

Those 70 crunches are everyday too.
