Any difference to exercise before or after sleep?!


Question: Any difference to exercise before or after sleep!?
Is it better to exercise in the morning and go all day with the effects, or do it at night and sleep it off!? I assume there is damage to muscles, and maybe sleep heals it faster or something!. I don't know, probably nothing different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the main problem with exercising at night is that you have to go to sleep son after and can not really properly feed the body before the nightly fast!. if you exercise early in the day you can get many meals in after exercise and before sleep which speeds recovery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in the murning your metabolism is up and you burn more calories, at night youl feel uncomfortable and probably have trouble sleeping, also not enough time to let your body recover!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
