How much weight should i lose, and how much can i lose in a month?!


Question:

How much weight should i lose, and how much can i lose in a month?

My bday is coming up, and i want to look really good, the guy i like is coming. its at a water park, and i gotta look good in my bikini. my problem areas are my thighs and stomach. What are good exersizes for those areas, and how much fat and calories should i eat in a day? and what, exactly, do calories do? just for a little help, and so you can see what im talking about, heres a few bad pictures..

those really only show my upper body though. but that should give you an idea of what im talking about. Im not HUGE, but im not at an ideal weight either. so, yeah.. thanks.

lol no, that ones not the guy i like, he likes me. the guy i like is about 4 inches taller than him lol. :)


Answers:

First, eliminate sugars and starch. You can drop weight by simply eliminating sugars from your diet. As for dropping some weight, do cardio excercises that will speed up your heat rate and make you sweat. Also, get rid of fatty foods from your diet as well. No fast food, fried food, that kind of stuff. For stomach excercises you can try crunches and different variations so that you can target the different areas of your torso.
