Anyone know what causes excess fat above the elbows and ankles?!


Question:

Anyone know what causes excess fat above the elbows and ankles?

I'm on the smaller side, 5'4", 115lbs, 27" waist (which means, I'm a size 3), however, I wonder why I carry a bit of excess fat above my elbow and on my lower calves (what some call "cankles"). I work out anywhere from 3-5 days a week, and I am by no means fat, but the lack of taper from my upper arms downward and from my larger calf muscles down to my ankle (i.e....cankle) bugs me....Anyone know what causes this (other than genetics-can't do anything about that), and if there are any supplements that can help? (No spammers pls!)


Answers:

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
