Question: I changed my eating habits, but something went WRONG!!?
okay so this summer ive been eating!.!.!.!.well not healthy as i should!.
i gained 4 pounds and became kinda lazy because of the junk!
soooo i told myself i needed to shape up for school, and decided to only eat fruits, vegetables, and protein!.
so far ive seen NO results (ive been on this healthy eating plan for 4 days now) all i see is a bloated girl in the mirror after every meal!.
i am so bloated all the time, like its not my fat, even though i have alot, but its like i have an air bubble in my stomach
what can i do to get rid of being so bloated! people mistake it for fat!

The big question is how much are you eating!. Chances are not enough!. Believe it or not most people are over weight because they have a low calorie intake and their bodies are in starvation mode!. Look up a bmr calculator (basic metabolic rate) and see how many calories you should be eating a day!. It is one thing to eat healthy, but you also require the right portions as well!. Lots of healthy foods are the answer, not starving yourself and only eating healthy foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
first of all you should always contact your physician before changing eating habits two you will probably not see results in 4 days three be careful not to become anorexic it is a dangerous thing easy to fall into I am a guy and I have battled with it fourth make sure you eat your fruits and vegetables first they take less time to break down then other things so if you eat them second they will break down first and could be the bloating and gassiness Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should exercise too!. Dont expect fast result just from eating fruit OR excercise!. But it would gradually!. dont take diet medicin it isnt very good since it can ause muscle loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you ever consider it was the LAZY that was more responsible for the weight, not the junk!?
A diet is worthless without exercise to burn off the fat!. Run a half mile every morning, do lots of aerobics, this is really the other half of any weight loss program - good foods AND exercise!. A diet or pills will only lighten your wallet, not your weight!.
DON'T do pushups or other strength training!. You want lots of twists and stretches, and lots of aerobics!. Strength training converts fat to muscle mass, but you don't lose the weight!. You want lots of aerobic activity to burn off fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
