Well, first you have to accept that it will take a while to see results!. Some moves to try would be your basic sit up (all the way up), your crunches (lifting shoulder blades off the ground), bicycle crunches (hold legs in a bicycle position with one leg out and one leg bent!. Put your hands behind your head and then touch one elbow to the opposite knee and switch), accordion crunch (bend knees and hold them in the air, arms behind head and touch both elbows and knees together), leg lifts (sit on your butt and lift legs up to a 45 degree angle with the ground and them lower them to two inches above the ground, or you can sit on a chair and lift legs over a stack of books back and forth without letting your feet touch the ground), elbow to knee (like the bicycle crunch, lie on the ground with knees bent and one hand behind your head, touch elbow to opposite knee), total-core workout (having a 2 pound weight in each hand, lay on the ground and lift legs of the ground!. Bend one knee and move it toward you, moving you arm behind your head with it, and then do the other side in one movement), curl-ups (sit with arms behind you and slightly bent and knees bent and off the ground, lean back and then forward) and balancing on one foot with your body parallel to the ground!.
