Question: Is this ok or is it to much!?
i use a stepper for 20Min's and i keep the speed between 20!.1 and 21!. i then use a 5kg dumbbell and use it 40 times on each arm, then i use a 6kg barbell 30 times, then i do 20 push ups!. i have been doing this everyday after school and i am a girl!. i was wondering by doing to much can it weaken my muscles and bones!. its like i am addicted to exercising!. hello sister i think your mostly addicted to the stepper because some times when i come home your always on it for 20 min!. if your bones or muscles weaken you could probably find it in the dictionary okay got ta go big sisWww@Answer-Health@Com
70 curls on each arm is a lot, even if it's not that heavy for you!. But you should be just fine!. Make sure you don't over exhaust your body by overexercising!. Consuming quality calories and vitamins helps your body keep up!. If you are trying to loose weight, don't starve yourself and do not overeat!. Remember that there are good fats as well as bad fats!.
To finish off my answer, putting your muscles through a lot of stress with out giving them "time off" can weaken them, so make sure you get at least one day of "recovery" or "rest" for each day of intense work out!.
