i find this exercise really good but you need 2 people! the person NOT doing the exercise stands up while you lie down on the ground flat. place your head between the other persons legs and grab their ankles for support.lift your two legs into the air at the same time the other should push your legs back down but without too much force! your aim is not to let your feet touch the ground but have them as close as possible! make sure to move both your legs simultaneously
