Get a high quality protein powder mix with a lot of carbs (100+) and protein (40+) and about 1000 calories per shake. Mass builders want all the cals they can get.

Eat good and healthy, cutting down on your intake of sodium, cholesterol and saturated fats. Eat 3000+ calories each day, with 60% of the cals coming from carb sources like breads and pastas. Eat 100+ grams of protein per day and drink plenty of water, 10 or more cups.
