If I have to have a Krispy Kreme, is it really as bad as I think?!

Question: If I have to have a Krispy Kreme, is it really as bad as I think!?
I've been on a real health-kick for my upcoming holiday, but my boss kindly brought in Krispy Kremes for my birthday!. I feel obliged to have one, as he was so kind, but how much is this going to set me back on my fitness/health plan!? Don't they have trans fat in them too!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think a doughnut can be more than a few hundred calories!. Just run for an extra 15 minutes on the treadmill or have salad instead of pizza for your next meal!. Dieting doesn't mean you can't enjoy yourself, it just means you have to sacrifice here and there to get what you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are fattening but I think it won't set you back!. On a diet/health plan, I reckon the biggest mistake ppl make is to totally cut out "junk food"!. The thing is, these are foods you probably enjoy (as most ppl do!.!.) so I think your aim should be to reduce you intake of these foods, and instead of thinking of them as part of your everyday diet, begin to see them as a treat!. I lived in central Europe for a while and I notice a different attitude to food, compared to the UK and the US (based on my American friends' diets)!. The french for example, eat cake on a birthday or other holiday, or maybe when they go out to a restaurant and have a dessert!. But they are unlikely to buy multipacks of chocolate bars or cookies when they go grocery shopping!. I think you should address your OVERALL intake, and not worry about a donut here and there!. Finally, to answer your question, no it won't set you back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

one changes nothing really, how could it, a balanced diet, yes, heath nutty!?!?no!. if you want one, have one,if youve been overdoing the dieting youll know, sugarflash followed by craving more sugar and fats!. Include treatrs!.!.!.!.enjoy your life, honeys good for you, relly!. nuts and fish cover all the fat you need but you really do need some!.
balanced! dietWww@Answer-Health@Com

In our office, we got out the tins (emphasise tins) of Roses, a massive Sara Lee and bottles of wine for an after work mini- party!.

Imagine my waistline after that!. Also, your boss needs his eyes gouged out for being such an evil tightwad, as suggested above!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

MM Krispy Kreams that's a nice gesture!. It will not set you back that much, it is okay, don't worry, trust me! Just stick to your plan from now on and forget about those TASTY DELICIOUS OH SO LOVELY DOUGHNUTS!Www@Answer-Health@Com
